For the same property enrolled in this rental-management offer, the annual fee remains THB 7,900 every following year. 10 April 2027 is the last day to join, not an expiry of your enrolled property's price.

03Pricing
Management fees and actual costs, kept separate
The annual fee mainly covers management, coordination and follow-up. The following actual expenses are paid separately by the owner.
- Furniture and appliances
- Repair labour and materials
- Cleaning, deep cleaning and renovation
- Juristic fees, utilities and internet
- Property tax and other authorised bill payments
- Lawyer services and other third-party costs
For non-emergency owner-paid costs: quotation → owner approval → arrangements for the work.
04Rental management
Leasing-time assurance
Eligibility: the property must pass our professional assessment and management standards, with a reasonable rental plan confirmed by both parties.

If the property is not successfully let within the committed period, one year's management service fee is waived and one year of management service continues.
Rental management only. Owner-occupied and vacant-home care has no leasing-time assurance. Details follow the property assessment and management agreement.
