THE OPPORTUNITY
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property or asset management
- Strong understanding of property management, supplier management and local resource coordination
- Excellent organizational and resource allocation skills
- Able to develop effective approaches to asset management and resource integration
- Strong team management and cross-functional coordination skills

- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Good command of English
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Good communication and execution skills
